Why I Created This Journal for Restless Legs Syndrome Restless Legs Syndrome can feel incredibly lonely — especially at night, when the world goes quiet and your body won’t let you rest. If you’ve been there, you know how hard it is to explain to someone who hasn’t felt it.

For years, I tried everything — magnesium, sleep routines, stretching, cutting out caffeine. Some nights were better than others, but I struggled to see what helped and what didn’t. I just wanted something simple to track symptoms, notice patterns, and feel more in control.

That’s why I created the Restless Legs Journal.

It’s a gentle, 14-day printable designed for people like us. No pressure. No perfect system. Just a space to:

Log your sleep and symptom intensity

Track mood, routines, and possible triggers

Reflect at the end of each day

Start building your own calming evening ritual

It comes in both A4 and US Letter sizes, so you can print it at home and use it as often as you need.
